Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Store and secure information of business documents.
Issuing, checking and making accounting terms and ensuring the validity, legality, completeness and accuracy of these vouchers.
Accounting for internal documents and invoices.
Making contracts, tracking and storing contracts, full contract addendums.
Collect and keep accounting documents (invoices, payment vouchers, ...).
Collect and keep accounting documents (invoices, payment vouchers, ...).
Monitor and summarize details of receivables.
payable per customer, supplier.
Management, reconciliation, inventory books/inventory notes/… weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Managing the company's cash fund.
Timekeeping/documentation and settlement of insurance-related issues for employees.
Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduated in accounting, knowledgeable in accounting, tax law, social insurance.
Proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word, MISA, FAST, ...
Good English communication and reading comprehension.

Salary: Negotiable (may be higher than suggested depending on capacity and experience).

8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Saturday morning.
