    Job Description

    • Perform accounting operations arising at the company on the software
    • Implement control and tracking of goods in warehouse
    • Check tax operations, prepare tax reports and pay taxes (Support and training provided)
    • Create warehouse receipt
    • Payroll and employee timekeeping
    • Control documents, invoices, debts....
    • Prepare business reports, account for documents and debts quarterly/yearly.
    • Directly exchange debts with customers and suppliers.
    • Sales statistics, calculate costs and propose financial management plans for the company
    • Other tasks assigned by superiors

    Skill requirements:

    • Have accounting knowledge and skills from university/college level or higher
    • Have undergone practical accounting training and have full understanding of accounting information security
    • Proficient in office skills and accounting software or sales management software
    • Experienced in reconciling and directly communicating debts with customers

    Other requirements:

    • Have experience in accounting from 1 - 2 years or more
    • Honest, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work
    • Experience in the field of trade and services is an advantage
