1. JOB DETAILS
- Issue VAT invoice
- Enter goods into PM
- Follow up debt
- Track returns
- Monitor and calculate discounts of customers and agents by Month/Quarterly/Year
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports as required by management
- Make price list for customers by month
- Perform other arising tasks as requested by management
2. WORKING TIME:
- Morning from 7:30 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:00
- From Monday to Saturday
- Sundays, public holidays and New Year are off.
3. WORKING ADDRESS:
- Warehouse C1-5 Cuong Quat Company, 727 Au Co, Tan Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, HCM.
4. REQUEST
- 6 months or more working experience in the same position
- Proficient in using Word & Excel tools.
- Graduated at least from high school in related majors
- Standard accounting profession
- Male/Female between 22 and 35 years old.
- Diligence, enthusiasm, long-term commitment to work.
- The spirit of progress, honesty, eager to learn.
