    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to handle tax-related tasks: filing, payment, and final settlement.
    • Issuing invoices, controlling and tracking generated documents and invoices.
    • Conducting banking transactions: UNC, guarantees, etc.
    • Manage revenue and expenditure, ensuring proper procedures and transparency.
    • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable/payable, and collect outstanding debts.
    • Prepare reports: tax – internal – revenue/expense, etc.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.
    • Working hours are from Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience
    • Understanding of tax procedures, invoices, and accounting records.
    • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA is an advantage).
    • Careful, honest, and responsible in their work.
    • Female candidates are preferred.
