    Job Description

    1. Update purchase invoices, purchase orders, contracts with suppliers.
    2. Make and sign output e-invoices.
    3. Prepare documents according to arising transactions.
    4. Track details and aggregate purchases of goods, services, and supplies.
    5. Monitor revenue and expenditure, debt payment with suppliers.
    6. Develop a plan to pay supplier debts.
    7. Update data into accounting software, business management.
    8. Regular daily check and reconciliation with the warehouse department, the accountant summarizes the data and documents on the books and the actual data.
    9. Prepare distribution tables of purchasing costs, short-term and long-term prepaid expenses, tools...
    10. Prepare management reports at the request of Managers such as: Management reports, purchasing reports, expense summary reports...
