Job Description

- Job details:

Monitor the daily inventory levels of components entering and leaving the warehouse.
Check the import and export documents and compare them with the warehouse department.
Update the system/software to ensure accurate inventory data.
Receive, check, and store invoices – input and output slips.
Compare the quantity, unit price, and total amount on the documents with the actual figures.
Conduct periodic or unscheduled inventory checks.
Prepare inventory reports and reports on discrepancies or losses, if any.
Coordinate with the technical/warehouse department to handle faulty components and warranty claims.
Update component prices according to the latest quotations from suppliers.
Check the component code, description, and unit price before selling.
Support and urge departments to complete their work.
Component auction

- Job requirements:

Graduated from a college with a major in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of accounting software are an advantage.
Be careful, honest, and work responsibly.
Knowledge of inventory management, data reconciliation, and document processing.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in inventory accounting/component accounting, especially in the equipment and machinery sector.
