Job Description

- Job details:

Track the import/export of raw materials and goods.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable with suppliers.
Calculating the cost of inventory, etc.
Issuing VAT invoices (preference given to those familiar with MISA accounting software)
Prepare a delivery record for each order.
Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct warehouse inventory.
Prepare a warehouse release form and delivery record based on the "Order" from the sales department.
Prepare economic contracts, framework agreements, and monitor accounts receivable from individual customers.
Prepare monthly reports and perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

The work is handed over and supported by someone else.

- Job requirements:

Age range: 25-38 years old

- Graduated from college or university with a major in Accounting.

- Proficient in office software (especially Excel)

- Have 1-2 years or more of experience.

Careful, meticulous
Proactive and flexible in work.
Adaptability and stress resistance

- Benefits received:

Salary: Base salary 9 - 11 million VND (negotiable directly with the manager)

Social insurance contributions are based on the actual salary received.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (1-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM; Sunday off)
