Prepare documents related to import, export and inventory;
Monitor daily inventory control, prepare periodic inventory import and export reports (weekly/monthly/yearly);
Track supplier debt.
Directly participate in counting the quantity of imported and exported goods with the warehouse keeper, the delivery party and the recipient.
Responsible for accounting, accounting system, reporting according to Company regulations.
Establish, maintain and archive complete accounting/warehouse records and documents scientifically according to prescribed time.
Evaluate the level of goods circulation to control purchasing, transportation and storage costs to optimize operating costs.
Review, monitor and evaluate accounting activities to ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
Participate in the process of building and improving the company's accounting and financial processes to increase operational efficiency.
