JOB DETAILS
- Responsible for accounting and setting up accounting books and reports according to State regulations and Company regulations.
- Establish, maintain and archive complete accounting records, documents and vouchers scientifically according to the prescribed time.
- Build and establish processes related to the Company's operations
- Directly control and approve receipts and payment vouchers according to the correct procedures, on the basis of legality and regulations.
- Issue sales invoice
- Check and approve orders from Departments
- Weekly check, compare, urge receivables, payables and report debts to the Board of Directors.
- Directly control the cash flow system and periodically report funds and revenue
- Manage warehouse of materials, goods, tools, fixed assets, periodically organize periodic inventory of inventory goods
- Timekeeping, salary calculation, social insurance deduction according to regulations
- Other work arising from the hotel.
REQUEST
- Graduated from College or higher in Accounting; have at least 2 years of experience
- Proficient in office software Word, Excel and MISA Accounting software
- Honesty and high ethics in work
- Know how to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform tasks accurately and in accordance with regulations.
