    Job Description

    Position: Warehouse management: Raw Materials - Supplies - Products - Goods

    Job duties
    • Monitor and update data: warehousing and exporting materials used in production and during the outsourcing process.
    • Monitor and update data: warehousing and ex-warehousing of completed products.
    • Prepare warehouse receipt and warehouse release notes during the process of importing and exporting goods.
    • Receive and check the quantity, type, and quality of purchased materials and goods.
    • Allocation: Materials and fuel as required for production.
    • Directly preserve and arrange materials and goods in the warehouse.
    • Plan to propose purchasing materials.
    • Monitor the import process and urge purchases.
    • Weekly reports on import-export-inventory of warehouses to the board of directors
    • Prepare monthly import-export-inventory reports for the management board.
    • Carry out periodic inventory of warehouses according to regulations.
    • Perform other arising tasks as assigned by superiors.
