JOB CONTENT- Track output contracts;
- Track receivables and payables.
- Report bank income and expenditure weekly, monthly or upon request of the Director.
- Make bank guarantees arising from each specific contract.
- Consolidate and store invoices.
- Make a summary of invoices to hand over to the tax service.
- Insurance: Declare increase or decrease in insurance, make insurance regime for employees.
- Calculate and pay insurance premiums monthly.
- Check and confirm the contract.
- Payment transfer.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director and report work as prescribed (Prepare daily work plan and report to the Director before 8:15 am every day).
REQUEST - Male, female, not over 35 years old
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience
- Can use Fast accounting software
- Not afraid of working or traveling to branches to take inventory.
