I. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cost Accountant position is responsible for compiling, allocating, and accurately calculating the cost of each delivery service type (Express, BBS, Distribution, etc.) and each operating area. They provide accurate financial data to the Board of Directors to optimize operating costs and establish competitive service pricing. Details are as follows:
a. Collection and allocation of operating costs
- Monitor and control cost categories.
- Allocate indirect costs to each post office (Hub) or route based on appropriate criteria (number of orders, weight, or revenue).
b. Calculating the cost of the service:
- Develop and maintain a detailed cost per order (CPO) calculation model.
- Calculate the cost of goods sold for each customer segment (B2C, C2C) and each geographic area.
c. Control and Analysis:
- Reconcile data between the operating system and the accounting system to ensure consistency.
- Variance Analysis: Compare actual costs with budget/standard costs and identify the causes (due to increased fuel prices, decreased shipper efficiency, or high return rates).
- Calculate the P&L (Personal Value Added Tax) for each client periodically, and propose optimal solutions to ensure the P&L for each client.
II. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday morning.
- Location: GHTK Building Headquarters, 8 Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education : Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Cost Accountant or General Accountant position. Experience in the Logistics, Express Delivery, or E-commerce industries is preferred.
- Skills : Proficient in Excel; Good command of accounting software; Quick adaptation to internal operational management systems.
- Attitude and mindset: Logical thinking, sharp with numbers; Honest, able to withstand pressure to meet deadlines.
