Working location : Him Lam Urban Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC
Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Saturday: Work 2 Saturdays/month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Track customer contracts and unit prices, store and maintain customer and partner records.
- Track detailed accounts receivable and payable for each customer and student.
- Issue Invoice and monitor payment progress of IVs
- Check data, make a list, compare receivables and payables to customers and partners.
- Check and record revenue, payable expenses, and debt figures into the accounting software according to regulations.
- Report detailed and summary debt status of each customer periodically every week/month according to regulations.
- Make a plan to collect overdue debts, propose measures to resolve bad debts.
- Make receipts based on the comparisons with the partners in charge.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete assigned tasks as required by superiors.
- Proactively give ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency of assigned work and the general work of the Department.
- Treasurer's work
- Other related tasks as required by the Manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- College/University graduate majoring in Accounting.
- Have 03 years of related experience.
- Good skills in using Misa Accounting software, Excell, Email
