Job Description

Job details
- Track the number of state certificates signed by the chief accountant
- Monitor and check whether the registration number of the state certificate is duplicated or not before transferring it to the Chief Accountant to sign
- Enter the state certificate data into PM Misa
- Based on the registration number of the state certificate, the Chief Accountant has entered the data into the software
- Enter the statement and contract into PM Misa
- Based on the data on the shared drive entered into the software
- Enter money from the state deed party
- Check and rely on the money table on the part of the state certificate entered into the software
- Reconcile the debt at the end of the month on the state deed
- Check and compare at the end of the month
- Check your debts at the end of the month
- Check at the end of the month
- Issue invoices, enter contracts according to each sale
- Monthly report: on the 5th, report on monthly state deed debt reconciliation: After the tax accountant sends the report to the kd's committees, pour the data on the PM to check again.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.
