Job Description

RECRUIMENT ANOUNCEMENT

In order to meet the human resource needs, VIETNAM DV TV One Member Company needs to recruit Accounts Payable Accountant.

RIGHT:

 Probational salary: VND/month
 Official salary: Negotiable depending on ability

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Daily input of documents into Misa.
 Follow up payment status of customers, payable to suppliers. Daily report on debt situation.
 Make a detailed list to monitor each customer's debt, make a record of debt reconciliation
 Call to remind customers, plan to pay suppliers.
 Issue sales invoices.
 Check and compare income and expenditure with accounting books.
 Proposing effective debt recovery measures.
 Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
 Female, age Graduating from schools in the field of economics, finance, accounting.
 1 year experience in accounting.
 Careful, agile, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
 Good communication skills, active language
 Proficient in Excel, Misa accounting software
 Passion for work, progressive spirit.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CV, 01 complete set of documents
- All must be notarized within 06 months
