JOB DETAILS: This Accounts Receivable Accountant position is responsible for tracking and managing the details of accounts receivable from each customer and coordinating with the sales department to follow up and collect outstanding debts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Track and manage detailed accounts receivable for each customer.
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales department to follow up on and collect outstanding debts.
- Accounting for transactions related to accounts payable and revenue.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and accounts receivable collection reports for management.
- Store accounting documents in accordance with regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of mobile phone sales.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (SAP is an advantage)
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Independent work and teamwork skills
- Organize your work scientifically.
- Good communication skills, effective problem-solving.
- Honest, careful, responsible
- Proactive in work, with a progressive attitude.
- Age range: 24 – 40
- In terms of skills, candidates need to have: data processing, proficiency in financial reporting, experience with audit Excel and Misa data entry.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of accounting, accounting-auditing, and a thorough understanding of accounts payable.
