    Job Description

    Job Content (JD)
    • Monitor the entire sales process (sales, returns, discounts, e-invoices, etc.)
    • Prepare sales report (by day/month/year)
    • Prepare report of receivables due, report on debt collection, report on outstanding debt collection time (DSO)
    • Monitor the entire debt collection process (debt collection, account reconciliation, receivable by due date ...)
    • Apply debt limit, declare credit insurance & pay insurance premiums
    • Report the situation of using invoices to the tax office
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Monitor sales processing (sale, sale return, trade discount, e-invoice)
    • Prepare sales reports (daily/monthly/yearly)
    • Monitor AR processing (collection, AR reconcile, AR aging)
    • Prepare AR aging report, collection report, DSO report
    • Apply credit limit / credit insurance declaration & premium payment
    • Prepare invoice usage report for Tax office
    • Other tasks as required by Manager
