Job details
- Prepare documents and papers related to import and export of goods
- Monitor and update changes (increase/decrease) of goods on the system, compare import and export inventory and prepare periodic reports.
- Monitor accounting operations related to the Company's sales segment such as: Revenue, costs, goods debt,...
- Make product quotes and prepare contracts for customers when needed.
- Gather invoices for sales of goods and services during the day.
- Statistics of debts and implementation of debt promotion of customers
- Manage customer information, documents, and books related to the Company's sales activities.
- Periodically prepare reports related to the Company's sales segment.
