    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Receive orders from the sales department and check their validity (price, discount, sales policy).
    • Issue sales delivery notes. Prepare and issue VAT invoices.
    • Track and record sales revenue and deductions (discounts, returns, promotions).
    • Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable; periodically reconcile accounts receivable with the sales department and customers.
    • Verify the accuracy and validity of records, documents, and invoices.
    • Maintain proper records, documents, and accounting books in accordance with regulations.
    • Tasks arising from assignments by the chief accountant.

    - Job requirements:

    • Must have 2 years or more of experience.
    • Experience in import and export is preferred.
    • A willingness to get the job done and a commitment to continuous learning.
    • Quick-witted, possesses good analytical skills, and always strives for self-improvement.
    • Graduated from university with a degree in accounting, economics, finance, etc.
