JOB DETAILS
- Perform all sales accounting operations arising in the enterprise from the quantity and value of imported and exported goods, trade discount.
- Customer care, debt management.
- Daily input of purchase and sales data into the enterprise's management software
- Summarize all data entered and sold during the day to make reports to the Head of Accounting Department and departments when required.
- Do other jobs when requested from superiors
- Reconcile with warehouse keeper about invoices, quantity of goods sold, quantity of inventory in stock and other receipts and expenditures of the day
REQUEST
- Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in using Misa accounting software, ..
- Graduated from high school with major in accounting
- Ability to quickly process documents.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Be willing to learn, be creative and take the initiative in work.
- General knowledge of accounting
- Proficient in using Excel and Word. Knowing how to use advanced Excel functions is an advantage.
- Positive, hardworking, careful, responsible working attitude
- Good healthy
