- Update the arising sales and purchase invoices;
- Daily update of revenue and expenditure, banking;
- Tracking aggregate and sales details of the Company;
- Monitor sales, revenue, and commission deductions of sales staff;
- Follow up receivables, payables and debt status of customers;
- Planning debt recovery, urging debtors with customers;
- Calculate monthly profit, profit and loss;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual work reports at the request of superiors.
