    Job Description

    1. Issue invoices in accordance with regulations (Xuất hóa đơn theo đúng quy định).
    2. Tracking accounts customers receivable (Theo dõi các khoản phải thu khách hàng).
    3. Maintain & Update Accounts Receivable database in System (Duy trì & Cập nhật cơ sở dữ
    liệu Khoản phải thu trong Hệ thống).
    4. Check documents of liabilities for Customers (Kiểm tra chứng từ công nợ đối với Khách hàng).
    5. Reconciliation of receivables / payables transactions (Đối chiếu nghiệp vụ phải thu / phải trả).
    6. Assist in providing data and documents during audit/tax if requested (Hỗ trợ cung cấp số liệu, tài liệu trong quá trình kiểm toán / thuế nếu được yêu cầu).
    6. Extract data and prepare related reports (Trích xuất dữ liệu và chuẩn bị các báo cáo liên quan).
    7. Support Other members in team (Hỗ trợ các thành viên khác trong nhóm).
    8. Perform other duties given by management (Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên yêu cầu).
