Main tasks:
- Oversee the company's strategic planning and manage the entire recruitment process to attract the right talent.
- Develop and adjust company policies according to regulations from the region (China) and Vietnam while meeting management needs.
- Establish and improve employee training system to develop human resources.
- Promote corporate culture and values, organize cultural initiatives, and maintain a positive working environment and harmonious labor relations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Request:
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
- Proficient in Chinese; English skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment process and skills in attracting talent.
- Familiar with human resource management operations, related management software, and labor laws in China and Vietnam, experience in managing contracts, salaries, benefits and training.
- Experience in making visas and work permits for foreign employees (China) is an advantage.
- Friendly, cheerful personality with good communication, coordination and execution skills.
