Job Description
- Work with the product development team: Research features, user research, market and competitor research.
- Research methods to optimize products and retain users.
- Use data and analytics tools to measure product performance.
- Synthesize research results with the team to come up with topics and coordinate with Designers and Developers to produce, release, and improve Mobile app products.
- Participate in building and developing Marketing plans.
- Create ideas and features for useful Mobile app products for users.
- Research users using support tools; Synthesize data and come up with ideas and solutions to improve products.
- A/B testing of product improvement options.
- Work with the PO team to monitor and make decisive and accurate decisions for product distribution to users.
- Apply Agile model, use Jira tool to control Task list to ensure project progress.
Candidate requirements
- 1 year of experience required, priority given to candidates with experience in software product development
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of UX design and software development process
- Ability to work independently and in a team effectively
- Strategic thinking and decision making
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello
- Preferably with Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or equivalent
