The main missions:
· Collaborate with product and development teams in understanding product goals and characteristics, including feature and non-feature requirements.
· Develop test plan and test-case set based on product description agreed by stakeholders.
· Perform testing - evaluate product quality. Support development team in identifying bugs and causes.
· Control the output quality of the product.
· Assist customers in using product features.
· Research, learn new knowledge and methods in the field of QA and support training other members.
