Job description
- Have experience with 3D models, textures, and animations optimized for real-time rendering in Unity for PC, mobile, and Website
- Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows for asset creation, ensuring compatibility with Unity's technical requirements and performance standards.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and playtesting, continuously refining and improving the visual quality and overall user experience of our products.
- Build a design process to ensure aesthetics and logic through sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes...
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in 3D art, game development, and Unity tools and workflows.
- Having experience with metaverse project is plus point.
Your skills and experience
If you are a designer who graduated from an art college and have 1-3 years of working experience
- At least 3 years of experience using Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Creative, hard-working, curious, and self-learning attitude
- Good teamwork spirit and flexibly adaptive to new work environments
For CAD Engineers
- 3D modeling experience using Blender or Maya
- Experience creating high-quality textures using Photoshop
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Inventor
- Must have a degree in architectural drafting or structural engineering, or an equivalent qualification in the field of furniture manufacturing
For 3D Designers
- Those with 3 or more years of work experience in game development
- Those with experience as an art leader (technical guidance, etc.)
- Experience in specification formulation and workflow construction
- Knowledge and practical experience in 3D graphic production
- Over 3 years of experience using Unity
- Knowledge and practical experience in 3D graph

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- AR and VR Application experience and knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes preferred
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Interactive 3D: Those with experience in creating content
