Job description

We are an "old" startup company with IT & Insurance Experts developing our own Insurance Core System . Were looking for a proactive Scrum Master to drive agility, collaboration, and efficiency within our development teams.

We are looking for 01 headcount for this role. You will:

Act as contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks and issues
Lead and facilitate SCRUM meetings: sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
Remove Impediments: identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress
Guide and coach Agile teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and the adoption of Agile best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and promoting a shared understanding of project goals.
Ensure Team Health: Monitor team dynamics, address conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing insightful reports to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support Delivery Manager manages projects and follows project resources and processes.
Report directly to the CEO & Management Team. Have a chance to become a key member of the Management Team.

Your skills and experience

24 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile software development environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Good facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different team dynamics.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
Proactive in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement

Nice to have

Knowledge of the Insurance domain
Agile Training/Certificates
Good at English
