Lead the technical team to develop and optimize the Backend system for digital banking products and services.
Ensure Backend systems comply with high design, coding, testing, security and performance standards.
Direct, coordinate and support UI/UX, BA, Frontend teams in product development, ensuring project quality and progress.
Design, deploy and optimize Backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
Perform Unit Test, support SIT/UAT testing, error handling and functional acceptance.
Review and validate code from team members, manage code merges, provide technical support and train new members.
Develop technical documentation and system implementation documentation.
Ensure systems meet security, performance, and testability requirements.

University graduate majoring in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience developing Backend with Java.
Proficient in Spring Boot, Maven, Kafka.
Experienced in designing and developing RESTful API, SOAP.
Understanding and experience in building and deploying Microservices architecture (MSA), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus.
Ability to lead, develop technical teams, train and improve skills for members.
Strategic thinking, ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Ability to work independently and lead a team to overcome challenges, withstand high work pressure.
