We are looking for a programmer as an expanded to become a Team Leader (TL):
- ASI (Aviation Software Innovation) will be working with “Agile development”. This is a development process that requires very close contact and feedback from the end customer/end user.
- In practical terms it means that the developer works on small fractions of the system, makes it available for the end user, gets feedback, corrects it, makes it available again for the customer and moves on onto the next task.
- Good oral skills in English, as there will be frequent dialogs on Teams with the project manager in Norway. The TL should also have previous experience working in a cross border team, with project management outside Vietnam.
- When the project starts up, there will be 2 people full time in the company. We think this will expand into 4-6 people during the first year of operation, so the TL should be able to work as a team member as well as a leader.
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
You have:
- Relevant Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineer, or related majors.
Years of experience with PHP
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Experience with React and JavaScript
- Experience with GIT
- Used Doctrine and Laminas
- Proficient in English (especially in Speaking skill)
