• Troubleshooting technological issues and solves the problem quickly to ensure the business operations run smoothly.
• Monitor and update the latest version to ensure the availability of the system.
• Manage all recording logs in the system to reduce the risk or interrupt the operations and data-transactions.
• Manage all the IT assets, and comply with the IT policies.
• Ensure data security, network stability and redundancy system.

• Engineer or bachelor's in information technology, Electronic and Telecommunications, Management Information System field.
• At least 2 years' experience as IT Infrastructure in FMCG, F&B or Pharmaceutical
• Experience with configuration and monitoring the 2nd and 3rd layer network switch and the industrial Wi-Fi System.
• Experience with configuring the internal network of virtualization system: VMWARE, CITRIX and HYPER-V
• Support to manage the Server, HPLC, PLC in automatic production, packaging area.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work under high pressure and intensive deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
• Good knowledges in managing and monitoring the network devices and servers in enterprise.
• Having the certificate in CCNA-200 is an advantage.
• CompTIA Network+, VMWare 7.0 other equivalent certificates
• Ability to support the implementation of business infrastructure solutions such as: firewall, networking, server and redundancy.
• Ability to Zabbix and read the system logs for solving the problems
• Good communication of English skills.
