Job Description

Serve as a language bridge between the project team and Japanese clients
Interpretation (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-Japanese) for internal meetings and meetings with Japanese customers of the project team
Translate received documents as requested, ensuring compliance with the Company's translation principles and procedures.
Exchange information with Japanese customers via email and phone.
Grasp the status of projects to effectively exchange information between team members and superiors
Receive and manage documents and requests from Japanese customers (Japanese), from the project team (Vietnamese or English)
Translate emails exchanged between project team and Japanese Client (Japanese-Vietnamese, Vietnamese/English-Japanese)

Candidate requirements

Japanese proficiency level N1, N2 or equivalent
Have at least 1 year experience in IT Comtor position
Good presentation and communication skills
Priority is given to candidates who can use English at work.
Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint,..;
Ability to multitask with team spirit and is task and results oriented.
