    As an IT Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for:
    1. Business Process Mining:
    • Collaborate internally with departments on feasible solutions to improve work efficiency.
    • Directly develop or oversee the development of tools to implement solutions.
    2. Participate in research and development of technological products.
    • Lead the product roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, guiding the product from conception through design and into wide release.
    • Build business cases and measure impact: Build business cases and measure the impact of product innovation with data partners.
    • Work closely with product/business teams: Collaborate with product and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
    • Understand evolving customer needs: Conduct user research to deeply understand the evolving needs of customers.
    • Report to the Technical Director: Report directly to the Technical Director on product performance

    Your skills and experience

    • Over 5 years of experience
    • Having a product mindset and focusing on business needs/business value
    • Having the ability to develop web apps, mobile apps is an advantage.
    • The ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups.
    • A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • Creative and innovative thinker.
    • Be a strong communicator, well planned and well organized.
    • Intellectually curious. You ask why, you explore, you're comfortable with ambiguity, and possess a hunger to learn.
