JOB SUMMARY:
This is a project-based, part-time contract role focusing on delivering youth and education programs across Singapore and Asia. The role offers international exposure, skill-building in facilitation, public speaking, and operations, with remote work flexibility and covered travel to Singapore for program periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Programme Delivery (Singapore & Regional)
- Facilitate or assist youth and children’s programmes.
- Support workshops, camps, and learning experiences.
- Ensure smooth execution during programme days.
- Preparation & Coordination (Remote)
- Attend virtual training and briefings.
- Prepare materials and activity plans.
- Support logistics and programme operations.
- Maintain communication with the core team.
- Youth Engagement
- Interact with students professionally and positively.
- Help create a safe, fun, and meaningful learning environment.
