New graduates, accepting final year IT majors can work full-time.
Proficient in Winform, .NET Webform or ASP.NET, C#, MVC/MVC 5 programming.
Broad knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap, Jquery.
Solid knowledge of RESTful service/Web API.
Ability to use SQL or Oracle.
Ability to work independently or in a team, good communication skills.
Consciousness of progress, perseverance, willingness to learn and responsibility for work.

Salary and bonus:

Average income: 5 - 10 million/month.
Fixed salary 5 million + KPI salary
KPI:
Complete > 90% of assigned tasks on time and meet quality requirements.
Source code has at least 80% code coverage and passes code review.
KPI evaluation is usually done periodically (monthly or quarterly) by the intern's direct supervisor and manager.
Salary paid on time on the 10th and 11th of every month, committed to no salary arrears or late salary payments.
Internship period: 3 - 6 months (depending on assessment during internship).
