WORK CONTENT
- Work with forwarder to get quotes and bookings
- Calculate and compare import - export shipping costs and analyze information to choose the appropriate shipping plan
- Prepare import and export documents (C/O, Invoice and related documents), open customs declarations, chemical declarations, tax declarations
- Monitor and handle problems that arise during the import and export process
- Contact customers and suppliers about import and export related work
- Storing import and export records (hard copy, soft copy)
- Update goods information. Prepare Customs Reports, internal reports on unexpected or periodic import and export situations
- Some other tasks as assigned by superiors
REQUEST:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the field of import and export at trading/FDI companies
- You can make your own import and export customs declarations on Ecus software
- Can use English at work (reading, writing)
- Priority: experience working at a Logistics Company, declaring CO, when reporting chemicals
- Priority is given to candidates who can start working immediately
SKILL:
- Hardworking, careful, highly responsible at work

- Microsoft Office (excel)
- Flexible, progressive, rich in energy
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Probation with 100% salary
- Insurance paid over 100% of total salary
- 2 Saturdays/month off (remaining Saturdays can be worked flexibly)
- 13th month bonus + revenue bonus
- Age: 23-30 (female preferred)
- Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
