Job Description

■Job description
-Analysis, Analyis manufaturing, management and supervision of employees
- Responsible for the manufacturing technique of the line and supervise to achieve daily productivity
- Based on manufacturing technology, consider to improve production line
- Evaluate the efficiency of Motor production line
-Confirm the results of the production line improvement
- Assist for Japansese Factory Manager

■REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Not required
- Major: Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics
- Language: Japanese (N3~)
- Gender & Age: Male 35~50
- Experiences: 5 years in Electronic field
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Analysis
- Characteristics: Leadership, Communication, Management, Observation
- Others: Must have experience about manufacturing technology and Managing production labor costs

■Salary in NET/gross: Negotiation
■Working time: Monday to Friday (from 7:20 ~ 16:55), Break: 09:30 - 09:40 and 14:30 - 14:40, Lunch break: 11:40 - 12:15

■Other benefits:
- Probation time: 85% salary
