Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Responsible for the daily operations of HR functions:
- Recruitment:
  - Partner with Seadev Hiring Managers to work the hiring process.
  - Manage recruiting campaigns and fill multiple vacancies simultaneously (both VN and US)
- Onboarding new employees and orientation training, coordinating with the Hiring manager to monitor probation results after 60 days.
- Conduct employee annual performance review activities
- Ensure the offboarding process is in compliance with legal requirements.
Responsible for the implementation of General Labor Policies and Labor Law Compliance
- Have a solid understanding of Labor Law, Insurance Law.
- Document and manage labor contracts / documents / policies for Labor Law Compliance.
- Carry out declaration procedures related to the Vietnam Social Insurance and company-offered private Insurance
- Support in Annual Personal Income Tax finalization.
- Regularly update the changes of Laws and regulation and develop the labor contracts / documents / policies accordingly.
Responsible for the implementation and development of C&B
- Advise the Leadership on Seadev's C&B to remain competitive and achieve the company's business objectives.
- Advise local labor and C&B trends to develop company policies.
Responsible for Payroll Processing
- Maintain accurate records of personnel data.
- Run monthly payrolls of Seadev Vietnam and Shedpro US.
Other tasks assigned by the Admin Director.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Year(s) of experience: 5-7 years preferred. Well-qualified candidates with 3-5 years will be considered
Technical skills and knowledges:
- Have knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job post platforms and familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Have knowledge of pay scales, bonus structures, insurance plans.
- Have solid knowledge of legal requirements: PIT and Labor Laws.
- Have familiarity with Annual Performance Appraisal processes.
- Experience in training methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel or HR analytics software.
Soft skills:
- Perform daily duties under minimum of supervision
- Able to work directly with Vietnamese stakeholders (eg Vietnamese government agencies and vendors)
- Able to work with foreign stakeholders (eg US job applicants) with supervision
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders, including foreign Leadership Team members, and local Directors and mid-level Managers
- Identify and articulate opportunities and pain points
- Develop recommendations and justifications for recommended solutions
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive resolution of issues, deliver solutions, and solicit decisions are preferred.
