Job Description
- Ensuring safety during crane operations, heavy lifting, and the transportation of heavy loads by trucks.
- Perform a safety check before starting work.
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety management regulations throughout the company.
- Responding to accidents, incidents, or quality issues.
- Instruct, train, and remind workers about safety procedures.
- Provide regular reports to clients and management.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in safety management at a manufacturing plant or construction site.
- Deep and keen understanding of high-risk activities.
- Communicate in Japanese or English
Working in shifts:
Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Shift 2: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Working conditions
Working hours (auto maintenance): 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays and 4 Sundays off per month.
