JOB DESCRIPTION
Make weekly reports, newsletters, and BI reports related to the Environment segment
Actual supervision at environmental work sites
Propose and supervise the implementation of the Environmental Law Plan
Drafting, editing, improving, and advising on the issuance of legal documents on the environment
Implement items in the investor ESAP related to the HSE segment
Monitor, promote progress, synthesize documents related to ESAP E&S sector
Make monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to the Environment sector for the Corporation
Provide professional support to BUs related to environmental management: advise on solving problems and implementing new laws
Advise, monitor, and promote progress in implementing improvement and overcoming plans related to HSE fields
Make a plan for cross-assessment and participate in cross-assessment of members, and organize review meetings.
Meetings, other administrative tasks such as providing information to the unit, timekeeping, summarizing monthly meals, payments, submissions, etc.
Other tasks assigned directly by manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Training major: Graduated from engineering major in Environment/Occupational safety and hygiene or equivalent.
- Related knowledge: Knowledge of management systems, food safety and hygiene, 5S.
- Legal knowledge: Knowledge of environmental law, labor safety and hygiene law, insurance law, employee health law, fire prevention law.
