Job Description

Job details:

Contact and report directly to superiors about the personnel situation in the company
In charge of visa processing for foreign employees.
In charge of arranging business trips for company employees (flights, hotels, visas,...)
Office tasks (contact with building, purchasing equipment, etc.)
Internal activities: Health check, year-end party,... for employees.
Personnel recruitment.
Develop training, development and human resource planning plans.
Policies.
Document system applied in the company
Build and develop company culture

Request :

Male Female OK, Graduated from University
Have 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Administration Manager, General Department
Good communication in Japanese N2 or higher
Priority is given to UVs who have studied abroad or worked in Japan and have experience working at a Japanese company.

Treatment

Salary: 1200$ - 1400$
Probation: 02 months 100%
+ Enjoy benefits according to labor law
13th month salary bonus
Teamwork support 300k/month
Meals at the restaurant are 500k/month
Review Salary twice a year in June and December
Professional and friendly working environment
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
