Conduct market research to assist with market positioning, new promotions, and campaigns

Plan sale strategy and tactics with Sales Manager to achieve budget
Plan sales strategy and execute with Business Management to achieve budget
Track business results and report to Sales Manager weekly

Assist with the preparation of new products and services
Support the preparation of new products and services
Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry influencers

* Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in similar position at Hotel/Resort 4-5*
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
Proven experience in convention sales, event marketing, hospitality sale
Have the ability to work under pressure
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Intermediate English
