OPENING OF THE ELEMENTARY TRANSPORTATION CLASS - ROAD TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION.
*Decree No. 10/2020/ND-CP and Circular No. 12/2020/TT-BGTVT stipulate business and conditions for automobile transportation business. Accordingly, from January 1, 2022 onwards, if the head, operator, or manager of transportation activities does not have a certificate or appropriate professional qualifications, they must supplement them according to the provisions of Point d, Article 67 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law.
*Students: Operators, transport business managers, cooperatives, fleet managers, specialized officers, officers of transport planning department, business department, human resource management, administration and operation of transport operations organization...
*At the end of the course, qualified students will be granted a certificate of basic management and operation of transport, and a certificate of basic specialized transport. This is a necessary and sufficient condition to apply for a transport business license, renewal, and registration of badges and signs according to the new regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
