Job Description
- Plan to find KOLs, KOCs on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
- Search, negotiate, and book KOLs and KOCs that are suitable for the company's products.
- Make contracts, resolve complaints during working with KOLs, KOCs
- Manage and distribute appropriate budget for each campaign
- Choose KOLKOC that suits the goals of each campaign
- Support KOLKOC content production: provide information & images, monitor video and photo shooting, feedback and content confirmation
- Coordinate with other departments of the company to facilitate the booking process and achieve high efficiency.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and report
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements
- Young, enthusiastic, dynamic
- Skills: Searching, building relationships with KOLKOC, planning ability, communicating relationships with KOLKOC, negotiating, managing, enthusiasm, negotiation ability, communication skill, trend analysis.
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
- Experience working with & managing public figure KOLs (recruitment, contact, relationship building, etc.)
- Having a good relationship with Influencers KOLs Group is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Good communication skills, positive thinking, patient to complete work goals.
- Eager to learn, thirst for high sales, not afraid of work pressure.
- Proficient in computer use, have personal laptop & smartphone for work.
Interest
- Income: Up to 20M/month (Can be higher depending on ability). In which: Fixed salary 10 - 15M/month
- Lunch allowance: 30k/day
