    Job Description

    JOB DUTIES
    Expertise/training
    • Drafting plans, human resource systems, training programs ( Reggio Emilia ) and managing administrative documents related to the preschool sector.
    • Set up types of records and books of the Principal; Preschool license file.
    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive curriculum that supports early childhood education and meets the individual needs of students, in collaboration with the teaching staff.
    • Regularly update and supplement the latest development trends in teaching methods and technology in preschool education.

    Operate
    • Recruit, train and evaluate teachers and staff while promoting individual professional development and ensuring continuous improvement in teaching practices to enhance the quality of preschool teachers
    • Manage and allocate work for preschool teachers, monitor and prepare reports to evaluate work performance; Prepare reports related to the curriculum to report to the Department/Department of Education.
    • Emphasize the overall development of a positive school culture that promotes respect, gentleness and effective communication among staff, students and parents.
    • Attend seminars at all levels and meetings as required.
