HCM Office: Working at Vinh Loc Residential Area, Binh Tan District
1. Customer management and market information
- Search, build, maintain and develop relationships with key customers and partners: investors, general contractors, contractors, project managers... to increase purchase rates
- Introduce products to customers and partners through meetings, relationships or through fair booths and exchange programs to reach customers.
- Closely follow customers: investors, general contractors, contractors, etc. to introduce products and bring brands to projects.
- Update information on new projects, update progress of old projects to notify sales approach.
- Update partner's financial situation to propose debt policy with sales.
- Collect and analyze information systems on products, customers, markets, and competitors.
- Advise the Board of Directors on product pricing, market orientation and development.
2. Sales management
- Build business strategies for each month / quarter / year.
- Responsible for completing sales targets set by the Company for the entire team.
- Training sales skills and product knowledge for employees.
- Disseminate business plans to each employee and orient the market and target customers for employees.
- Allocate sales targets and sales policies to each employee.
- Monitor, check and review sales work to promptly support staff in closing contracts.
- Connect with departments to come up with solutions when there are problems with customers.
- Track debts, remind and collect debts. Report bad debt, overdue debt, sudden debt to management and related departments and propose solutions.
3. Human resource management
- Coordinate with HR department to plan recruitment.
- Motivate employees.
- Guide and remind employees to comply with Company regulations.
- Organize meetings, monitor work completion and evaluate each direct employee.
■REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender: Male/ Female
- Age: 28-35 years old is fine)
- Priority is given to candidates who have graduated from majors such as Economics, Construction, Transportation, Irrigation, Polytechnic, Bridges and Roads, etc. and have worked with investors, contractors, project boards, design consultants, etc. is an advantage.
- Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English.
- Have management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Experience in sales, business planning, management capacity, training sales team;
- Ability to work under high pressure and strive to achieve goals.
- Good communication skills, pleasant voice, good looking.
- Honest, responsible and sensitive.
- Can go on business trips out of town.
■Working time: Monday - Friday (from 08:00 to 17:00)
Saturday (from 08:00 to 12:00)
