    Job Description

    Manage sales books related to sales activities of Sales and Service department

    Reconcile vehicle inventory, manage and handle debts between sales department and factory

    Check debts of Sales department - customers, Sales department with third parties (Insurance, bank, accessories,...)

    Prepare statistical reports of Sales & Service department

    Responsible for collecting and paying money from customers

    Some other tasks (if any) as required by superiors


    REQUEST

    Female, Age 24-30

    Graduated from University with major in Accounting

    At least 1 year experience in Automotive Industry Accounting position

    Experience in spare parts warehouse, materials and settlements related to service block, repair insurance

    Proficient in Excel operations and accounting software

    Quick, cheerful, sociable, honest, careful, highly responsible, respecting the opinions of superiors
