Job Description

- Direct showroom, welcome customers to showroom
- Make work plan & implement approved plan;
- Synthesize requirements and quotes with the support of relevant departments
- Carry out sales and debt collection operations with customers in charge;
- Receive and handle customer complaints about products to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Execute sales contracts, monitor the signing and execution process, orders including delivery and payment.
- Monitor and update market information: price information, competitor strategies, to propose solutions to help sales activities be effective.
- Make weekly, monthly or ad hoc reports.

Request:
- College degree or higher (Priority given to majors: Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics).
- Experience in interior/exterior project business is an advantage
- Love business, have communication skills; customer persuasion skills, can withstand pressure at work.
- Dynamic, highly responsible in work.
- Proficient in office software, internet and social networks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Regime:
- Benefits:
- Basic salary 8 - 12 million (depending on experience) + commission + quarterly bonus + annual bonus.
- 13th month salary + 14th month salary according to business performance
- Working hours: Rotating shifts: shift 1: 8:30-17:30, shift 2: 11:00-20:00, 6 days/week.
