    Job Description

    1. Secretary of office meetings
    2. Handling employee paperwork, contracts and documents
    3. Support administrative management of total recruitment work, contact candidates, schedule interviews
    4. Support the training department to attend students' classes to check the teachers' teaching process and students' quality.
    5. Make periodic reports on administrative work.
    6. Manage assets, equipment, purchase plans, repairs, and send books to students.
    7. Support other work when required.

    Candidate requirements

    1. Graduated from University
    2. Ability to present clear text, fast typing speed. Neat and decisive working mindset
    3. Good communication skills, good communication skills
    4. Fresh, energetic face.

    Interest

    1. Fixed salary 9 million/month + bonus and administrative department according to company policy
    2. Working in a standard system environment, with strict logical processes
    3. 13th month salary bonus
    4. Other regimes according to law and company regulations.

    Working time

    1. Working hours: 8am - 12pm, 1pm - 5pm Monday to Saturday.
    2. Working form: At the office.
