1 . Teaching job :
- Manage classes at the Center and affiliates outside the Center: Make and regularly update the teaching schedule. Monitoring and supervising the changes of classes, administrative management for teachers and students in each lesson.
- Track, monitor and summarize results of tests, midterm and final exams. Coordinate with Customer Care Informing the results to students and parents
- Manage and allocate fully and on time textbooks and learning materials for students. Support teachers in printing and photocopying teaching materials during lessons.
2. Administrative work :
- Ensure equipment, VPP, office tools are always adequate to meet the needs of TT .'s operations
- Perform administrative tasks: Receptionist, clerical, telephone switchboard, hot line...
- Drafting documents, announcements, working schedules, reports, meeting minutes... in service of TT's activities
- Manage file storage system: Legal/Human Resources/Teaching/Accounting... both hard copy and soft copy
