Job description: Perform administrative tasks: General management of assets and office equipment used. Perform clerical and archival work. Monitor the ordering and distribution of office supplies, order company uniforms, etc. Coordinate with departments to organize annual tours, year-end parties, and Tet holidays for company employees. Perform human resources tasks: Recruit personnel, manage personnel records at the company office. Arrange work for personnel. Evaluate work performance, support department heads in developing and implementing employee capacity assessments. Complete records and procedures for employees to participate in and enjoy social insurance and health insurance according to regulations. Monitor and update data on increase/decrease of social insurance, health insurance, closing books, social insurance procedures. Check regulations and procedures related to social insurance and salaries to ensure compliance with state regulations on human resources administration activities. Monitor and manage janitorial staff, company security. Other tasks as required by the Head of Department. Job requirements: Candidates with over 1 year of working experience.
